Sometimes it doesn\u2019t take much at all to make something special out of a piece of wood.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our workshop, there are always small pieces of wood left over during daily work. They\u2019re too much of a nuisance to throw away \u2013 we thought. So we immediately came up with a small idea: our Hecker Holzbot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One body, one head, two arms, two legs, a few screws \u2013 really, there\u2019s not much more needed. From simple wooden scraps, a small robot is created that not only looks good, but also gets a task: A smartphone finds its place between his feet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This turns recycled wood into a small mobile phone holder for the desk, kitchen or workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building your own instead of simply buying it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the Home Expo in Luxembourg<\/strong> We turned the idea into a small trade fair event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In total, our workshop produces 100 wooden building kits<\/strong>. The wooden parts are prepared and packaged together with the required screws as a small self-assembly kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whoever gets one doesn\u2019t therefore receive a finished promotional item; instead, they can still be a bit of a craftsman themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Put the head on, screw on the arms and feet, mount the eyes and antennas \u2013 your own wooden robot is ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And because wood is a natural product, no two are exactly alike in the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But how do you get one?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We didn't want to simply distribute our 100 wooden sticks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why we have a finished model on our stand and we ask only one question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, we don't usually build robots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We build houses, extensions, additions, roofs, and individual wooden structures. But at its core, the small wooden building has something that is also important to us in our larger projects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use wood wisely. Work precisely. Pre-assemble. Assemble. And turn a simple material into something that will bring you long-lasting pleasure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And sometimes good wooden construction actually starts with a small piece of reclaimed wood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
